“Whom have I in heaven but You?” (Psalm 73 v 25)

Almighty Father, Saviour Lord, Sanctifying Spirit,

The holy Three, we call ‘Trinity’,

Together you forge our new identity,

Which is to be made holy,

To be ready to enter heaven eventually.

Together You shape us for our destiny,

Which is that place where we find joy eternally.

“I was so foolish and ignorant; I was like a beast before You. Nevertheless I am continually with You.

You hold me by my right hand. You will guide me with Your counsel and afterward receive me to glory.” (Psalm 73 v 22, 23, 24)

We highly delight to be in Your company,

Day by day throughout our lifetime currently,

You work with us conscientiously,

That we become Yours alone, entirely.

Our earthly life fades away gradually,

But we are to be made steadily ready

For that life richly blessed, gifted eternally.

“My flesh and my heart fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” (Psalm 73 v 26)

“It is good for me to draw near to God; I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all Your works.” (Psalm 73 v 28)
